Viral Fruit Roll-up with ice cream
Ingredients:
- a fruit roll-up
- ice cream (I used crème brulée ice cream)
Instructions:
- Unwrap the fruit roll and stretch it out
- Put a big spoonful of your favourite ice cream in the middle
- Wrap it up quickly because the fruit roll-up will start to harden
Note: This is a sticky snack - I wouldn't recommend if you have braces because it's very chewy/sticky!

- sherbet (I used mixed berry sherbet)
Instructions:
- Unwrap the fruit roll and stretch it out
- Put a big spoonful of your favourite sherbet in the middle
- Wrap it up quickly because the fruit roll-up will start to harden
Note: This is a sticky snack - I wouldn't recommend if you have braces because it's very chewy/sticky!
